Food and beverage is one of the many things Skyline does best. Skyline members and their guests enjoy many dining options. From regularly scheduled a la carte casual dining to special events, from banquets to catering at members homes.
The Culinary Team, lead by Issa Moussa strives to offer our members the finest dining available in the Southwest. For more than 30 years Chef Moussa and his team of professionals have created memorable dining experiences for all who come to the Club. Skyline does everything from baked goods and pastry to sumptuous salads to awe inspiring buffets and menus.
To complement the culinary team, Skyline Service Team is led by a cadre of managers, who collectively have more than 30 years experience. Our staff specializes in working with our members who requires special orders for dining needs.
A la Carte Dining at the Club
Fine Dining is a special dinner event held on the main floor of the Clubhouse in the Rotunda. The menu features some of the some of the most creative and elaborate cuisine seen in Tucson. Dress code for Fine Dining requires that gentlemen wear a jacket, ties optional.
Dates for Fine Dining are listed on the monthly club events calendar. Reservations are a must.
Casual Dining is held on the lower level of the Clubhouse, which has three dining areas to choose from. All three; The Bistro, Galleria, and the 19th Hole, offer scenic dining in a casual atmosphere. In addition, the 19th Hole offers a more social environment with two high definition plasma screen televisions and walk up bar. Dress is casual, but the menu ranges from a hamburger or salad to filet mignon. Dinner is served from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., Wednesday through Saturday nights (October -May) and Thursday through Saturday (June - September).
Lunch is served from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Tuesday through Sunday (October-May) and Wednesday - Sunday (June - September).
Every Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to Noon, Chef Moussa and his staff create a sumptuous breakfast buffet. The buffet features an assortment of traditional breakfast items including cereals and fruits, light luncheon entrée selections and an action station featuring made-to-order omelets or pancakes.
